TTC 2.5yrs: clomid, femara, 3IUI's and 3 fresh IVF's... finally a BFP!
BFP 1/09(triplets);
loss baby B @8wks(vanishing triplet);
loss baby Noel @16.5wks(pPROM) forever in my heart;
5 months of bed rest, cerclage and PRAYER delivered healthy baby at 38wks1day...humbled and forever grateful for my miracle baby Noah! Praise God!
Does anyone know the earliest I can test? I had the trigger 2/18, IUI 2/20 and 5,000 units of trigger Thursday at 6pm. I guess I probably ovulated Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.
heartcore- How did you figure the amounts of HCG present depending on the day post HCG?

Hi Ladies. Just marking my spot. Woke up with a gnarly urinary tract infection. Anybody have any advice for getting rid of it on my own? I'm already drinking cranberry juice...

Wantsababy -- I'd wait until at least 10 DPO, but that's just me. The trigger should be out of your system before that, but I wouldn't want to take any chances of a false positive. You're likely to get a false neg that early, but it could work! I'm so excited for you!

Laura- I have used OTC Uristat and that helps a lot with the pain. It turns your pee orange so don't wear any nice panties. Drink lots of water and cranberry juice. I have heard to make sure it is 100% juice, not sure if it matters. I hope you feel better! Those are so painful.
Tummy- Thanks. I think I might POAS on Fri and Sat with $ tree tests to see if the trigger is still in my system. I'm going to try to hold off until Wed or Thurs to test. This 2ww feels like a life time! I'm just ready to know either way.

Wantsababy - I'm with Tummy, wait until 10dpo. I always tell myself I'm gonna wait until 13dpo but I never do so who the hell am I to talk! Last cyle the trigger was out of my system at 8dpo and then on 9dpo I got a very faint positive. Don't put yourself through the same torture!
I think I ovluated in the middle of the night. I'm starting to feel the beginning effects of progesterone and I'm not too happy about it. Here we go with the dreaded 2ww, pray for me, I do not do well with progesterone.

Thanks, Wantsababy. I'll get DH to stop and pick some up. It's so hard to find 100% cranberry juice! But I got the next best thing, where it's 100% juice, so it has no added sugar, just grape and pear juice along with the cranberry.
I'm sure this question has been asked before, but is it possible to get EWCM and not ovulate? Is it common?

Laura - I've seen 100% cranberry juice at the health food store all the time. Do you have a whole foods around you or something similar?

Laura -- sorry about the UTI. Those are miserable. Yep, you can get EWCM without ovulating. If you get a developing follie and your estrogen goes up, your CM will get EW-ish. It doesn't mean the follie will actually ovulate, unfortunately. I think the only way to be sure you ovulate is a temp increase and an increase in progesterone. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong, but this is my impression.

Oh yeah! Thanks for the suggestion, I do have a natural food store nearby, and I called, and they carry 100% cranberry. Whew, thank goodness! These UTI's suck, and it's funny, because just a couple days ago, I was thinking, "Wow, I haven't had a UTI in forever! Maybe I "grew out of them"!" HA!
Well, all advice indicates that I need to stop being lazy and start charting my temps. That's pretty lazy, huh, when it seems an ordeal to take your temperature every morning?! Hey, I guess you can just write it down in a notebook, with the date, and then go back to sleep, and put it on the little chart thing later?

Laura -- I don't even write it or anything. Light stays off. I have a digital thermometer that remembers your last temp after you turn it off, so I just temp, then when it beeps I turn it off. I don't check it till I get out of bed hours later (on weekends). Makes it really easy to do, and easy to fall back asleep.
