| That's great Stef! How wonderful that you and Deb, who where both previously clomid resistant, have both ovulated this month! Congratulations ladies! I hope you both catch your eggies BTW, ovulation should occur 24-48 hours after a positive OPK, so you should probably bd today and tomorrow.

| morning all! Don't know about cramping when you O - i've had one friend who said she could even tell which ovary the egg was coming out of but that's it.
deb - have you taken your temp at other times during the day to make sure it's working?
happy sunday all!

| Laura0621 and Deb-This is the first month over the last 2 1/2 years that I've ever had achy ovaries like this. When I was on femara I would O, but NEVER felt a thing!
Pikachu-No I did 50mg this time as well. That shows you that our bodies do change over time and respond differently as time passess.
Relka-Hope your beta comes back with good news!
Ok I know I'm probably just over analzying, but I have this fear that I got my + OPK, but now my body won't actually release the egg. Oh I hope not! My ovaries still hurt this AM so I don't think I've O'd yet. My temp went up this AM, but I think that was b/c I was out late at a function and alcohol was involved.................BUT I did have an RE tell me drinking alcohol (small amount) was a good idea around ovulation b/c it helps relax the body. SO much less to say when I got home my body was nice and relaxed for DH! That means we BD 2 x times yesterday...................he doesn't have any sperm issues so I don't think all this BDing will hurt!
Ok question I was a bloodwork paper for CD 21 progesterone check which would be tomorrow, but since I'm Oing late, when should I go get it done????????

My Mood: | Keo - yeah, I took my temp an hour after the 98.1 and it was 98.3..so I'm pretty sure it's working.
Stef, I would certainly put off the CD21 bloodwork. I think ideally it should be done 7 days after "O".

| Deb - I had O pain on 2 of my 5 clomid cycles, even though I O'd on every one. The first time was the most dramatic. I had 3 follies, and I swear I felt the cramping go from left to right and back to left, as if I could feel them releasing. It was seriously bizarro. Both of those cramping cycles followed unmedicated cycles, so maybe my body's response to it was just more reactive on those cycles? Regardless, I o'd strongly each cycle, whether there was cramping or not. Sorry the temps have been hanging out in the low range. That must be very frustrating.
Stef - congrats. That's great news. I'd reschedule for a week from now.
Laura32 - Love the hidden perks. Hope to see a lot more of you soon!
Relka - I have my fingers crossed for you, hon.
My temps started to fall this AM, so I don't think this hail mary cycle is a go. Heck, it'd practically have had to be the immaculate conception to have worked, so I'm ok with it. I think we're going to do one more unmedicated cycle before starting IVF meds. I figure I can let the metformin get to work on my eggs in the meantime. Happy sunday all. It is a friggin gor-ge-ous day here in NY. I gots to get outside!
Springtime - how is everything going with the lupron. I hope you're still s/e-free!

My Mood: | Doolin - that's a good idea to get the metformin working on those eggs before IVF. Sorry about the temp drop. As for me, my temps are very high for my body..I just don't know what was up before "O" when they were high..still wondering if I really did O or not..guess time will tell

| deb and stef- congrats on clomid working. i hope you both caught those eggs.
everyone thanks for the support. i am hurt but i am really okay. i have enough meds for one more round of injectables and so i'll do one more round and if i get another BFN then i'm going to take an extended break from TTC. i need to find some peace and start focusing on some other things in my life. DH isn't even thrilled about another medicated cycle, and i don't know if our marriage can withstand me on one end of the TTC fence and him on the other. so let's see what happens next cycle.
enjoy your sunday evening!
