Points: 2,892.47 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 2,892.47 | Hi Girls,
Temp lower today and negative test (CD13) so I guess it is all over. I don't really feel any period signs as of today, but it is inevitable. I did not have much hope for this cycle anymore because of the low temp yesterday, so I am not surprised today...i had a whole day to get used to it. Yes, I am sad, but not devastated. I have only cried about 30 seconds total. I am going to get my hair colored and cut and get a pedicure and move on. It feels sorta good to get my life back for a little while. I am a neurotic pregnant woman, and I also act this way during the 2ww, so in a way, I feel like I get to relax and enjoy the spoils of being 31 with no children....staying up late, eating at expensive restaurants and yes, drinking some really great wine. I will look back on these things longingly when I am up to my elbows in baby poo!!
I will write more later. Lots of Love, Melissa

AHoff-From my experience 1-2 days after OPK + my temp goes up. I would give it a couple of days and if it continues on the mountain peak trend than I would say anovulatory cycle.
Melissa-Sorry about the BFN ((HUGS)) And yes we are all going to look back at these times and not believe it.
Fredica-From my experience with clomid is that the symptoms don't appear to 1-2 days after the last pill. I had symptoms when I did and didn't respond. For the last 3 months my most common symptoms is dizziness and BAD night sweats. The symptoms for me stay present from like CD8/9 until right before O.
Tummy-I think an infertility show is a GREAT idea............I think it would open a lot of people eyes into the great suffering IF brings.
Rywaller-I don't do anything else to help with lining. But I do use preseed, which is a great product to increase CM. The last 2 months I didn't notice a decrease in CM (I usually don't notice EWCM ever though) but when I was on clomid 2 years ago I had NO CM thanks to the clomid.

My Mood: Points: 3,104.16 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 3,104.16 | I've seen an IF show before....can't remember exactly what channel it was or what the name of it was. I do remember watching it last fall and it followed 3 couples during the show who were all doing IVF at the same clinic. It was rough watching it. You could just see how crushed they were when they got the call that they weren't pregnant. Of course I think I saw it shortly after I was diagnosed with PCOS, so immediately I thought the worst when it came to TTC and I was so upset when my DH said he wasn't ready to TTC just yet.

I ended up being booked in for an MRI head scan because i suffered horrible vertigo and vision troubles.but i O'd VERY strong on it. this time around it has been alot milder so far.bad hot flushes day and night but i was prepared for them from last time, and the vision problems are there again, but in no way as bad as they were.
i have heard many many stories of ladies having zero s/e off it and still O'ing great. so dont feel down about it till you have a reason too keo i'm sorry about FF taking away your O. i'm confused by it because you have a definate thermal shift on your chart...even if the temps have gone down its still there plain as day. heartcore i hope you enjoy your time awayand take your mind of things for a little while. its been a very rough month for you. tummy i think the IF show idea would be great. it would be so amazing to see what couples go through on tv, and for others who dont understand the struggles to really see it up close and it may help people understand the frustrations that come with TTC when there are IF issues. rywaller i take an aspirin each day for my lining. i dont even know if i have issues with my lining but i take it anyways, its good for alot of things even outside of TTC, like circulation and proper blood flow.so it never hurts.i have never tried robitussin.
you can also drink green tea for CM issues.and while you are on clomid you should up your water intake as well.for the aspirin its just one a day, the robitussin i think can be anything from 1-3 doses daily and green tea you can never drink too much of.HTH.
you all are lucky you have a nice holiday to spend hope you all have great times for those going away.

I have radiating cramps to the point of numbness and my back is splitting in half. I wish she'd just get here already. What's the hold up? And what's up with all this creamy stuff. Sheesh.

To all of the US girls--happy 4th of July!! Enjoy your day! Hopefully you have nice weather....it's rainy here in Indiana, but it's supposed to clear up.
AFM, FF is confusing me again....for those that temp and do OPKs, FF gave me a O today on last Friday when I had my + OPK, but my temps were all wacky. Anyone else have it do this to them? Do you think it's just going by the OPK result? I still don't think I O'd, but who knows...

It was on Discovery Health or TLC, I believe.

Sorry it took me so long to respond, I am out of town and not on the internet as much.. but I take Clomid at night right before bed. My doctor suggested this and it seems to work, though today (my last day of this round) I started to feel a little 'out of body.' It wasn't anything I couldn't handle - just a weird sensation that made me aware of the fact that I am messing with my hormones. Overall, the past five days have been easy breezy... now I am just hoping the next five are more of the same. I'm not counting on an O this first round, but it sure would be nice. I go in for an u/s on the 8th...crossing my fingers. GL to you, too!!!

My Mood: Points: 690.02 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 690.02 | thanks so much for the welcome! I was "almost" dx pcos back in 2002 or 2003, but the u/s showed no cysts...and then I "aged out" of my insurance at that time. I've had PCOS on the back of my mind since then, but had no idea there were so many others who were going through the same kinds of things. I also didn't think it was a problem for anything else but my vanity lol. Now that DH and I are TTC, it is much more daunting and frustrating.
I've been learning so much from these boards already and also FF. And I do agree -- it does "hurt" to see those crosshairs get taken away. I remember I was depressed a whole day after they disappeared. I tweaked a couple things to make them come back, but then DH talked some sense into me...heheh...he said that I couldn't change reality by messing with the computer's graph. Too true!
fwiw... this is my chart number at FF: 1ce46c (this BB won't let me paste in a link yet.)

Points: 138.22 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 138.22 | Newbie! Hi ladies,
Do you mind if I join you? I am also a thin cyster TTC. I have no AF on my own. I have finished one round of provera/clomid 50mg (no fun and also no ovulation!), have also just finished a second round of provera and will start on another round of 50mg Clomid in a couple of days.
It sounds like clomid might not work the same way with thin cysters as others. Have any of you had success?
Also, has accupuncture or similar helped anyone?
Good luck everyone |

I'm not sure why some respond and others don't, but I think it's definitely worth a shot. I'm curious, since you didn't O last cycle, why your Dr. is having you take the 50 mg again rather than increasing your dose to 100 mg? What side effects did you have from Clomid?
