thin walled thyroid cyst?

The size of my thyroid is normal along with the bloodwork. The cyst is 6mm in diameter and is located in the upper portion of the right lobe. Anyone heard of a thin walled thyroid cyst? Will it require further looking in to or treatment? All help appreciated!
