We chose to adopt from Korea mainly because that's what God placed in our hearts, but the medical care is practically identicial to ours and almost all the children are in foster homes. Don't worry about choosing a country or agency first...that will come as your heart makes clear where your children are. We thought we decided on an agency then we were going to pick from their countries, but felt so drawn to Korea and that agency didn't have a Korea program. I love WACAP, their staff is fantastic. They recently opened their Vietnam program too.
