I am VERY interested in the Fluidity bar, but it's a bit pricey, plus I've noticed people saying that it isn't a great fat-burner. It looks like something that would help a million, but if there is anything better out there please let me know!
I am tired of dieting and exercising and not seeing results. I'm also tired of spending hundreds on food and exercise equipment that doesn't work...so please, if you have anything that has worked for you please share!

The Fluidity bar is a very well made piece of equipment, however, that type of exercise is not for everyone (ie Lotte Berk Style). (Plus, it's REALLY big.)
You might want to try a lotte berk style video first to see if you like it (think: Callanetics).
It's also true that it's not a 'fat burner'...you won't even break a sweat.
For the money, if you want system that 'works' (assuming your diet is clean and under control), I'd go with Slim In 6 or Slim Series. You'll sweat and work like crazy.
What have you been doing that hasn't 'worked'? (ie How many days per week, and for how long each session?) What diet plan are you following?
When you find the correct 'balance' that results in a significant calorie deficit, weight loss will happen - that's simply how the body works.

Right at the current moment I'm not following any diet or exercise program, that's why I posted this. I have tried too many diets to even think about listing, and exercise, I've done a lot of the popular ones. What I don't understand is how they post on their website that these girls lost so much weight using fluidity.

They were also following a calorie controlled diet along with the exercise...just like everyone else who successfully loses weight.
What will help you moving forward will be creating a solid 'plan' with diet AND exercise in place. Also making your 'expectations' realistic with what you're actually doing (which is why I asked what you had done in the past.)
Even under best case scenarios( ie working out 60 minutes per day, 5 days per week, and following a healthy calorie controlled diet 7 days per week), most people will lose 'around' a pound per week (after the first week, or two.)
Unfortnately, too many people aren't happy with losing 'only' a pound - not realizing that that is actually a huge accomplishment, and after a year, that's over 50 pounds.
To lose more than that, one would have to do more exercise (cardio AND strentgth), at progressively higher intensities, and their diet would have to be SUPER regulated (in terms of nutrition and calories).
