Well I'v been thinking about trying herbs and right now I'm just trying to find out about the many different ones that are out there....So if anyone want to share with me about the herbs they've been using and how the herbs work and what their used for....so forth and so on

Some herbs that work for some may not work for others but generally, some good herbs to look into or ask a herbalist/naturopath to make up for you are: peony, licorice,saw palmetto (especially good for high levels of male hormones), false unicorn root (good for bringing on periods and regulating cycle), chaste tree (good for PMT and reducing high prolactin levels).
I have had success with these.
Herbs for the liver like St. Mary's Thistle, dandelion are also good for detoxifying excess hormones.
