Default Those near/at their ideal weight

This has been on my mind since I lost some weight.

Sorry if there's another topic on a similar thing but I couldn't find it, although I've a definate feeling there is a similar one somewhere.

After my change of diet and weight loss, I'm now a healthy weight for my height although I aim to lose a tiny bit more so I have some extra space to play with if I have a bad month and add a couple of pounds

Apart from AF coming back regular, all my other symptoms are exactly the same, if not slightly worse

Did losing weight improve everyone else's problems? Or just more regular AF?

To be honest, coming this far, although I didn't have that much weight to lose I feel gutted after all that work that nothing else has improved, it makes it seem like no light at the end of that long tunnel after trekking through it for the past year or so

Hey well done about the weight loss! I am usually underweight myself but going off the pill for a while has made me put on 20 pounds and I am losing it slowly.......But to answer your question for me being thin didnt make my symptoms any better nor has putting on weight. If anything every year some of my symptoms like pain on the left side etc are just getting worse so much so that pain killers have stopped working and i just have to deal with it! I hope you find more encouraging stories than mine!

Losing weight has never made a difference to my pcos symptoms. Granted they are improving but my dr believes that is from the metformin i been on for amost a year.

I lost a bunch of weight, too, but my symptoms got even wilder. AF went from every 21-25 days to every 14. No, I'm not "too skinny," nor am I an athlete. I guess hairloss and acne stayed about the same.

Never wrestle with a pig. You both get dirty, and the pig likes it.
