I am considering accupuncture, How often do you go?
Did it help make your cycles more regular?? If so,
After how many treatments?
Thanks!!!

I am currently getting acupuncture but I'm going through IVF so no AF here! I go every week or bi-weekly. It can get expensive. I have heard that it can take 3-6 months until AF's become regular but I've heard great success stories. I don't really know how I feel about it but it is 45-60 min. of total relaxation for me. G/L
I go weekly. I had regular cycles the first month I was treated.

I go once a week. My acupuncturist is really focusing on getting rid of my cysts and normalizing my blood sugar rather than controlling my cycles. I've been going to her for 2 months (plus 6 months for another issue last year).
I think it's working. My chin hairs are 90% better and my acne is improved, too. I'm also doing TCM (herbs) and a lowcarb, dairy free diet and exercise. I'm on Clomid too.
PCOS symptoms since age 11 (heavy acne & oily skin, minor weight issues & hirsutism)
Irregular AF (38-45 days) after stopping BCP at age 29
Dx PCOS at age 32
Paleo Diet
Yoga, outdoor activity, and swimming

I am going approx. once a week. I had a 28 day cycle last month (I had only gone once or maybe twice at that point, so we'll see if it repeats). I switched acu's to someone who specializes in infertility. I also am drinking raspberry tea (supposed to be good for the female parts!). I did have a successful IVF w/ acu and have a 1 yr. old. I"m now TTC #2.
