Default Threading is amazing!

For excessive and unwanted facial hair, I've found that threading is amazing!! I can literally thread off all of my facial hair in 5 minutes and be completely hair free for a week. It's safe and clean.

You just need a piece of thread and knot it into a circle. If you go on Youtube and search "how to thread", many good videos come up!

Hope this helps someone out there!

I had heard of it and knew people had success, but I didn't realise it was so simple to do at home!

Yeah, it's very simple! I can't believe I used to go to someone for my upper lip and eyebrows every 2 weeks and paid $20 when I can easily do it at home for no money at all! That's the problem, people think threading can only be done by a professional, but it's actually really easy once you teach yourself.

threading is great and can help hair come in softer/lighter if you have it done over a long period of time. for small areas its easy, however if you are someone who has really coarse hair starting out and or are doing big area it does get more tricky. I never watched a video or was taught, I simply watched how some professionals did it, both on myself and on others.

I just want to point out though, that its not something all woman can do on their own, for instance if you want to do the sides of your face, on your own it can get tricky, it can be done but it takes time and patients till you can really learn it on your own. for cysters first starting out if your hair is thick/coarse, start out with having a professional doing it, practise how to glide the thread just with ur fingers so your comfortable with it and once the hair is softer and easier to do, start doing it yourself, trust me you will save your fingers a fair bit of hurt plus gives u time to perfect finger movements and can ask your professional questions and etc.

(btw, this can also get fine hairs on some people too pending on length and thickness of hair)

I've always known about threading as I used to get my eyebrows done by a girl at work, But I honestly never even thought of threading the facial hair away! I've been using Veet Facial Cream this whole time and I'm getting sick of it, it smells bad and it's a pain to use. I think I'll try threading :] I've never really tried on my own but it's def cheaper than going to a "professional".
