Unhappy Throwing up on Clomid

Hi everyone...
I'm on my last day of pills for Clomid--this is my second round of them, and I'm taking 100mg a day (since 50mg a day didn't do anything).

Anyway, last night I had one of the worst nights.....ever!!! All day I had been feeling a bit low energy, but not terrible. I made a nice dinner, ate a reasonable portion, and then watched some TV with DH. By the time I went to bed, my belly felt HUGE and really, really full. As full as after I had eaten, if not worse.

I was soooo uncomfortable and couldn't sleep well at all. Then at 2:30am I threw up once, then at 3:30 again and then at 4:30 again. Then I came back to bed, exhuasted, and finally slept until 10am. (Guess no work for me today!)

I've left a message with my doc's office to see if I should continue my last two pills, and haven't heard back from them yet. I think I probably should.

Just wondering if anyone else has had experience like this on Clomid! Oh yeah....and my temps this morning rose really high, by almost a full degree (I measure in celsius). Which is making me wonder if I just have the flu. Or is this preovulation? I haven't ovlated in probably over two years.

Anyway, if anyone can share anything on this, I apreciate it a lot. I'm feeling horrible right now!

Did you hear back from your doctors office? I took clomid for 5 days and i wasnt throwing up or feeling as bad as you are. I took the time to search some internet sites for info or other woman feeling the same as you. I might of found something useful.

It could just be a side effect, some woman take it without being sick, and some take it and are very sick.

thanks,
Ashley.

I have used clomid several times and never threw up. I am wondering if you are getting sick. I wouldnt discontinue taking it. This is your second round. Have you gotten sick with the first round?

Hi guys,
Thanks for the response....I did talk to my doctor. She's not sure if I have the flu or it's the meds...but she told me to discontinue and not take the last day, because 4 days on it should be enough. I didn't get sick like this last time.
Back to the couch! I hope I feel better tomorrow...
