I wrote a few days ago about my low thyroid and my doctor won't listen to me,I got a copy of my test's and im going to see a new doctor on tuesday.
This is what my test say about my thyroid.
Thyroid Panel with TSH
TSH IS 4.490 uIU/mL the limits are 0.350-5.500
Thyroxine(T4) IS 8.6 ug/dL the limits are 4.5-12.0
T3 Uptake 23 the limit is 24-39 this is the one that is low
Free Thyroxine Index is 2.0 the limits are 1.2-4.9
could somebody make some sence of this for me and is the t3 low enough for it to be a problem?

I am not sure about the T3 but if it is out of range, it is out of range. Your TSH is probably high enough for most endocrinologists to treat, although a general practioner might not.
