I take one frozen raw tilapia fillet (avail in bags in grocery stores), nuke 2-3 mins, sprinkle salt and pepper on it, and top off with 2 tbsp of tartar sauce.
Reminds me of eating fried fish only without the batter! The tartar sauce has 3g of sugars in it, but I imagine you could find sugar-free if you tried.
Mostly you just taste the tartar sauce as tilapia is a very mild fish. Does this sound disgusting or yummy?

I think it sounds pretty good. I love tilapia!! We cook it on the grill all the time. I sprinkle it with lemon pepper, salt, and a mixture of lemon juice and butter. It tastes wonderful cooked like this on the grill.

We always bake it with a squirt of lemon juice and some blackening seasonings. Yummo!

Yes, I love Tilapia. I have it very often. I use the frozen and steam it with lemon pepper, garlic, butter, and seafood seasoning for a little spice. I also like to bake it, using the same seasonings. It's so quick and easy; done in like 10-minutes. It can't really get any easier. I haven't tried it with the tartar sauce, but it sounds very tasty...I will be sure to try it soon.
