Is it best to take soy first thing in the morning? Do you take it all at once or spread throughout the day?
I'm planning to start soy today, but I forgot to consider timing... I don't even know if that matters. lol

Definetly all at once. Some cysters have s/e from it so although it is recommended that you take it in the AM, if you want to avoid the s/e you can take it before bed.

Praying For a Soy Joy!! TTC number 2 . Trying with vitex, soy and cinnamon.
Throw in a little black and blue cohosh, epo, licorice and dong quai all for good measure.

Has anyone seen AF? She is MIA, if you find her please send her my way.
Trying to move on to cycle number 2 of TTC #2
