Default Tingling???

I have been having tingling for on and off now for alittle while. Its in my arms fingers legs and feet. Its driving me crazy dont know if it has to do with sugar or insulin. Iam getting concerned I have ms or something just wondered if anyone else had experienced this?

It could be a pinched nerve. Your best bet is to go see your doc. Pinched nerves could become serious if left untreated.

Good Luck

I was reading my PCOS book and it said tingling could be a warning sign of diabetes. It's probably a pinched nerve, but I thought I would share with you.

Good Luck!!!

Good Luck!!!
It could be Diabetes if she has the other symtoms as well, increased hunger, thirst, blurry vision and sudden weight loss.

I get the same thing. It is not a pinched nerve. Have had those before. Doc says sugar levels are fine. Not sure either.

Get your vitamin B12 checked! I had the exact same thing happen to me - mostly my feet and my hands and it turned out i was vitamin B12 deficient.

Yeah, when I was first going through the initial diagnosis - my doctor checked me for anything and everything. I too, was worried that maybe it could have been the onset of diabetes but it turned out i was vitamin B12 deficient. When my doctor told me that low vitamin B12 can cause tingling in your hands and feet ect.. i couldn't believe it. I didn't even have to tell her - i immediately knew that's what was causing this problem. Since then, I've been taking Vitamin B12 pills that you can buy at your local drugstore or grocery store and I have not had the tingling sensation since being on it. I can usually tell when my B12 is getting low, because i will get that tingling sensation. The human body is such a fascinating thing - our bodies are constantly giving us warning signs that things are not right in our body, we just have to listen to it.

I would definitely book an appointment with your doctor and discuss everything. However, if your sugar levels are normal, definitely ask to get your blood work done for different deficiencies.

If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask!

As soon as you said that, I couldn't believe it.. I was feeling the exact same. I was drained ALL the time.. i was terrified that there was something terribly wrong but it was as simple as that.. I'm not too sure how much you should take since you're already taking prenatal vitamins. Go into your nearest drugstore and your pharmacist will be able to help you. I went in to my pharmacy yesterday and he helped me pick out a wonderful multivitamin because i am vitamin D deficient as well. Just ask - they will be happy to help.

No problem Lil Duckie! I can completely relate to what you guys are going through - there is so much going on in our bodies and we don't know what is happening. Whenever I can feel the symptoms coming back - i just start taking them again.

Iam going to the doc this morning to get some blood work done. I just want to make sure and see if anything is going on. It just concerns me ttc having something like that. Iam just really tired of being tired all the time. I have not had the tingling much in the past few days it kinda comes and goes but usually always comes back. Thanks for the information

I have thesame thing for appox a week now. Ate salmon last night (high in B-12) and it was WAY less today. I think because my body keeps bloating and digesting weirdly I may not absorb nutrients properly. Going to buy the liquid B-12 and see

I had very painful tingling in my feet from plantar fascitis...my podiatrist told me to take 2 drops of sublingual (under the tongue) Vitamin B-12 complex & 1 Vitamin E capsule once or twice a day for about 4 weeks...It greatly improved & that liquid b12 would give me large bursts of energy & sped up weight loss...

I am having the tingling pain from a car accident now. Thanks ladies for reminding me of this OTC remedy!
