Default Tired

I'm new here. Everyone seem to be there for each other. I love reading such positive suport. I'm tired all the time. I'm not sure if it's a side effect of the meds or is it the PCOS? Anyone know what I can do for more energy?

I take metformin and sporonlactone. I've always been a sleepy person but lately it seems like it's hitting me hard. 7 or 8 hours of sleep isn't enough anymore. My husband pointed out that I have dark bags under my eye all the time. I'll go out and buy some vits today. Thanks a bunch!

You might want to start keeping a journal detailing your daily sleep habits, and when you feel most sleepy each day.

Also keep track of what you eat each day.

This information can help your doctor begin to figure out what's causing the problem.

It could be anything...

- low fat diet
- hormone disruption
- depression
- allergies
- sleep apnea
....etc
