Unhappy Tired ...

Usually when I am tired I feel like I can't move. My body aches and I feel like sleeping for 3 days won't even do the trick. I try and keep myself on a schedule and take my daily dose of vitamins but that only goes so far. Usually on somedays I sleep until I wake up, which sometimes it ends up being 12 or 13 hours. (but that doesn't happend too often)

I hope this helps. ((huggss))

Default sleepy

I to suffer with severe tiredness. To most people they think the answer is to have a early night and everything should be ok. In my case i can sleep for hours and hours and still have to force myself to get up. My limbs ache and feel heavy, some days it is hard to work and have to go to work fighting to stay awake. When you suffer from real tiredness that a few hours extra sleep won't fix everything can suffer. If your doctor does not understand then theres not to much you can do, may be you could change doctors because there are some that recognise it as a real illness. Also research, use the internet find research to back up what your feeling and show it to your doctor. I hope that you get something sorted soon or at least someone who listens to you is a start. I have been reffered to a specialist and my bloods are not right, so they know there is something wrong they just don't know what. I go back every 6 months. Perhaps being sent for some tests may help. You can ask to be referred. Good luck, let us know how you get on.
