TJ-68 just brings up a lot of odd results so I looked for Shakuyaku-Kanzo-To which is what the herb really called according to the articl you referenced.
So this means TJ-68 a combination of
Peony & Licorice Root
The primary information I found was:
"An important formula used in Chinese and Japanese herbal medicine called shakuyaku-kanzo-to contains white peony root and licorice root."
and
"Peony shows some weak estrogen-like effects, acting like a very weak anti-estrogen, particularly as part of the formula shakuyaku-kanzo-to. In a preliminary study, this formula was shown to improve fertility in women affected by polycystic ovary syndrome."
There is a lot of other information on that site so I recommend reading it.
So maybe look up a supplement with those two items in it?
I'd also look at going to an herbal store or specialist since combining herbs can be a little tricky and each person varies for reaction.
