Ok this is kinda embarassing but... when your on af do you ever (when going to the bathroom) wipe too much? I'm so wanting to get everything I think I made myself a little raw? KWIM? Any suggestions? I guess I could use a wash cloth for awhile?

It may depend on what type of toilet paper you use, too.

The skin in that area is very very sensitive to begin with, so the constant wiping irritates everything. I experience the same sensitivity at times so I always make sure I have moisturizing baby wipes handy. They have always helped me moreso than rough toilet paper.

I just bought some Always maxis that have a wipe attached to each pad. They're very handy, one of the smartest things I've seen.
