Hi

I had my swab results back today, and I have to take some Clotrimazole cream, plus a Caneston Pessary tonight. Not seeing my gp until next Thurs to discuss the results.

Anyway - my question is - how do I insert the virginal pessary? Only had thrush about 5 years back, and got in a terrible mess trying to do the pessary then.

Are there any tips/ advice you could give me? Anything would be great. Cant belive how open we all can be here.........
