Default TMI question.

We all know Met gives us diahrea, well not that I like having the runs but they have all the sudden stopped. I finally got up to 2000mgs and had my first AF in October and I haven't had another AF since. Even if I ate right,I would still have BR issues. I find myself eating anything I can to help me use the BR. I just didn't know what was going on. Instead of using the BR 3 times a day,I only go once in the morning. So I am not truly constipated but I guess regular??? Normal???

sounds like your perfectly normal (or at least as normal as somebody can be on met). I think they say normal is anywhere from a few times a day, to once every 5 days.
I'd love to be in your shoes. Way to go & you should feel lucky!!!
=)
