My dad actually is a podiatrist, and won't let me take the lamsil tablets, cause he says there is little sucess and it is bad for either your liver or kidneys (I forget which) so does anyone have anything topical for this?
It's sandal season and I hate having to feel like I have to paint my nails all the time to keep people from seeing my fungus nails, I'd say 6/10 are totally gross! ehh

I actually have seen something otc for it. One day I was shopping at Freddies and didn't pay attention to what the lady was ringing up. Appently the lady in front of me didn't get something, her fungus stuff, cause it landed in my stuff and I paid for it. I got home and saw that I paid for it so I took it back. I didn't need it. So, I do know that they sell it. Not sure what it was called though.
I used Sporonox tablets for toenail fungus about 3 years ago and it worked. There is a warning on the label for your liver, but my liver checked out OK three months ago. (I don't recall them testing it then.)
I have heard that rubbing some Vicks Vapor rub on the infected nails works, but its a slow process. I think it just helps the nails grow out healthy, instead of getting rid of the fungus that is there. Maybe once its cleared up you can try that to keep them healthy?
