I've recently started eating better and to deal with my major carb addiction i have somehow been able to trick myself into eating tofu instead of carbs. the only thing is it gets old quick. i've been eating stir fry for over a week now and was just wondering if anyone had any or knew where i could find any goof recipes that involve tofu with or without meat.

How much tofu a week are you eating? I know some cysters have mentioned issues with soy phytoestrogens and pcos. (I don't know much about it, but I do recall seeing some of the posts...(

oh no. and here i was thinking i could eat as much as i wanted. hmm...this week i've eaten 3 packages. i threw the last pack away today but i think it was a 15 oz pack. Do you know a good site where i could find the details about soy phytoestrogen? thanks for the tip!

tofu where to start!!!!
i am a tofu recipie book!!lol.
I like baked tofu in bbq sauce over a brown rice. with sauteed green beans!!!
also tofu soup make a mexican soup with chichen broth or fake chickhen broth at the health store , add any veggies you want I use zuccinni and yellow crook neck squash, cauliflower and a can of black beans. add mexican seasonings like chiili powder, cumin, garlic and onion powder to the broth while cooking. in soups i like silken tofu, it is the kind used for miso soup, add salsa to the broth a couple tbsp. once your soup is cooked add tofu last. then crumble corn chips on top or tortilla chips , you can also add avacado and cilantro to garnish the soup!!! if you like add some shredded cheese in your bowl then add the hot soup on top of it , then garnish.
you can make tofu tacos, or add tofu to fruit smoothies.
or even crumble it in pasta. I fry my tofu the firm kind in garlic powder and olive oil and then put it on top of a low carb pasta!!!! or forget the pasta, and add stirfry veggies ,fried tofu , 1 can of garbanzo beans and cover that in a low carb pasta sauce, sprinkle parmesean on top!!!! who needs pasta.

treating my symptoms with healthy foods ,low carb and physical fittness. juicing, and green smoothies, saw palmetto 480mg.
mutivitamin,zinc,and just added desogen bcp for my acne.hope i clear up.

wow! Thanks a bunch Siayae! The soup sounds amazing. After reading the links Kat put up i have cut back on my tofu intake but i will deff. be making that soup next week for dinner now that the weather is cooling down here. take care!

One of my favorite things to do was stir fry the tofu, put it over a bit of brown rice, with some gingered carrots. SO good.
