Lost in translation....

Hi everyone! I am brand new to this site. I was just diagnosed with PCOS after years of being misdiagnosed. To make things more difficult, I am currently living in Japan teaching English.

I have not been able to find an English speaking doctor in Tokyo. Does anyone have any advice? Or better yet, know of a doctor?! Any help would be appreciated.
