I had a m/c on 9/8/08 at 8 weeks and started bleeding on 10/4/08. My RE says we can start with the Clomid as soon as my beta hCG go down to < 5. This past monday (10/13) it was at 61. I go back next monday (10/20). Assuming my beta hCG is <5, will I still be able to start my Clomid? Has any one heard of starting Clomid this late in the cycle? Monday will be CD 17... TIA!

I am so sorry for your loss. When I had my miscarriage my RE made me wait until the cycle after my beta was 0. I would think you would have to wait until either you started AF on your own or you took provera to start AF.

I would like to add that during TTC before and after my m/c I was doing injections but I really dont think that will make a difference I think you will have to wait for AF after you get to <5.

I agree with the PP. Normally you should wait at least one cycle before trying again. I would wait until you get the next AF either on your own, or through Provera.
