Default Is this too many herbs & vitamins - Please HELP!!

Hi, i found out in Sept 09 i had PCOS, due to absent AF so that and a few cysts on my ovaries is my only symptoms. Im slim, normal hormone levels, no acne etc so its just the ovulation and AF im lacking. From Sept i have took vitamin b complex, agnus castus and folic acid - (just incase as i am ttc) I have recently started taking vitamin d & calcium and evening primrose oil along with them. I was just wondering is this to much to take togather? I would do anything to ovulate myself, i am currently waiting on my appointment for clomid although was told i could be waiting 9 weeks so i am keen to try anything that will help me naturally in the meantime.

I don't think thats to much at all. i take biotin, evening primrose oil, saw palmetto, prenatal, magnesium, maca root and starting soy isoflavones soon. Look into maca root. I heard it makes many women ovulate and get their periods. I'm taking maca but i get my periods on time every month. I'm taking it to see if it regulates my hormones.

I dont think that is too many at all!

I am trying to get a good vitamin regimen together myself. DF and I have decided to try for 2 years natural then use meds if we need to after that. I have done some reading about maca and I am so excited to incorporate it into my regimen. Many people have had really great results with it when trying to regulate hormones. Some have said that it even helped with depression and OCD symptoms. I am just trying to get my AF to come, I only have 3-4 periods a year on my own, and haven't seen one since July
