Default Too much insulin????

Hey cysters. I currently take two insulin shots a day. 8 units of Novulin N in the morning and 20 units of Lantus at night. For the past 4-5 days, i have been experiencing a drop in my blood sugar levels about 2-3 hours after eating lunch. Today I ate a turkey bacon on wheat break with home made potato chips for lunch and all I drank was water,I felt dizzy and just tested myself and I am 69!! I am normally never under 85. Has this ever happened to anyone? What could be the cause? I've only been diabetic for a year. Please advise.
