Do you have a goiter? If so, this could be the culprit of your voice woes. After I was dx as hypo, my voice continued to deepen and crack (much like a teen boy's) until we found I had thyroid cancer 3 years later. I am not saying you may have thyroid cancer...my voice problems were a result of my swelling thyroid from Hashi's and cancer. I would talk to your endocrinologist about it.

Best of luck,
Cynthia
