Yesterday and today I've been feeling like af was coming. No cramps, just awareness in the ovary region "feeling" like it was coming with some very light streaking of blood in CM. Sorry TMI. My lower back hurts too, but my back hasn't been the same since it took the doctor 6 trys to get the epidural right.

I had my twins 4 weeks ago and AF turned up this wednesday evening, for the 4 days or so before that I was feeling like you are...a bit uncomfortable and like it was about to arrive.

I started my first post partum AF at 21 days, talk about the shock of a lifetime. My cycles are L-O-N-G, so I wasn't expecting that! It was also the shortest one I've had, 35 days. The ovaries get a good rest during pg and are at their best right afterward. (((hugs)))
