Hi ladies,

Just wanted to share that the judge grante the termination of parental rights on Monday!!!! Woo hoo!!! Luke is one step closer to being ours forever and ever!!

We have an attorney and the only hold up now is that dh is deployed, won't be home for a few months and they need his signature on the adoption petition in order to go before the judge. Ugh. I have a POA but they aren't sure if that will work. So if it doesn't, we'll have to wait until dh gets home and then file for the finalization....I'm not really happy about that because I don't know when his next deployment is going to be and I just want this final!!

Anyways, I just wanted to share about the TPR!

that is wonderful news!!! to bad about dh though. is there any way to have the papers courierd to him? Luke is so handsome, and looks so happy!

Great news!

I hope the POA works, but if not Lisa24 has a great idea--can it be handled by courier or something.

My DH is military too--let me ask him if he has any ideas!
