Got a question:
How can we fit this stuff into the IR WOE?
I bought some and the ingredients were: cranberries, peanuts, walnuts, little white choco chips, and raisins.
The store had tons of different kinds, so I picked the one with the least carbs and fat.
Did I do that right? And does trail mix fit into the IR WOE?
Would someone be willing to help me on this one?
