I *think* we're safe on SC, the actual virus is on TWWW.
When I go to TWWW Avast warns that the trojan has tried to download itself to my PC.
When I am on SC, it only warns me that the widget has the virus.
Because TWWW is affected, the widget also has the trojan signature in it, and thats what's alerting Avast on every screen.
So its TWWW that needs to be fixed, but the widget on here could be removed while TWWW is getting fixed to stop the alerts from happening. Some cysters are avoiding SC now out of concern of the warnings, understandably. I stopped comming as much because it was annoying, but I got Firefox to block the widget now so I'm all good, but..yeah. Thats how I see it.
Edit: I tried going to TWWW a few days ago and got the warning it was downloading, when I go there now the website won't load, so I don't know if Kat is off working on that aspect.

I remember clicking on that add to. It was weird cus when I went in there and was looking at some of the stories (I thought the link was from yall) It was like a huge copy n paste. A lot of the articles that were in our local Atlanta paper (AJC) were in it. Mine & my husbands story wasnt but 90 % of the others were lol.
I didnt know if it was a real site or wtf was going on lol
