Trouble logging in?

I know this has nothing to do with PCOS but I am having a really hard time logging in to SoulCysters? I enter my user name and passoword. I'm lucky if 1 out of 15 times I might sign in. It doesn't say anything about entering the wrong password or user name. Am I the only one?
