Just keep eating healthy (and lower carbs and sugar) and excercising consistantly, and you should move toward a healthy weight. If not, talk to your doctor as there might be an underlying problem preventing weight loss. Good luck!

i know how to lose weight, im just not very good at keeping it up!
i have a gym in my house so that makes it easier. but i know a lot of people have said they dont like going to parks and stuff because its embarrasing, and i totally agree! So i lost 10 kilos last year, i didnt have the gym back then. but this is how i did it.

i had 2 meal replacements a day. One in the morning for breakfast, one for lunch. in between i had fruit, like apples or oranges.
afternoon tea was fruit or carrot sticks.
then dinner was a lean piece of meat, either beef, lamb, chicken or fish. No larger that the size of my fist. unless its fish. and a hek load of salad. dor dessert, i would have a small tub of low fat yoghurt. i did that for a month full on and lost 10 kilos!

my excersise was skipping! i bought a skipping rope and skipped as much as i could until i was exhausted. then i bought a treadmill and i bike etc etc

the hard thing was cravings for food. hence why i failed in the end, like i always do! so it is possible, the only thing that stops me from losing weight is giving up. and letting myself go again. it really sucks, but it is possible to do it!

Try green tea. It supposedly boosts your metabolism. I have about two to three cups a day. It also does wonders for your skin. Ive started having a cup of green tea with a slice of lemon and a tea spoon of honey first thing int he morning (before brushing my teeth).

Ok, so green tea, which I love, I will start drinking more of! Did that meal replacement help you, because I am totally up for trying it! and were there any exercises that seemed to help more than others? Right now, its normally an hour of rollerblading (about 5-6 miles) but I'm wondering if a different type of cardio would be better?

yes the meal replacements are really good. but you have to make sure you eat fruit and veges with them, so you dont starve! after a week or so the hunger pains should be less, because your stomach shrinks

cycling is good. but the best form of cardio is running. the only problem with it, is it is high impact and can result in more injuries. so yeah cycling is great. rollerblading is awesome! and skipping is also really good. Boxing burns so many calories as well.

hope that helps xo
