Default A true story I wanted to share

One of the things that really bothers me when I think about my lost babies is wondering if they know how much I love them and how much I wanted them. I worry that they are OK after passing away, if they are happy, etc.

My DD (2.5 years) frequently talks about "The Lady" - this is someone who only she can see who sometimes appears in her dreams, sometimes in the house...I have always assumed it is her guardian angel. Well, DD woke up from her nap the other day, the day after my D&C, and said (completely out of the blue) "Mama, the Lady says that all of the tiny babies love you so much". I couldn't believe it. We told her that the tiny baby in my tummy had died, but she knew nothing about the other losses. She also insists that the Lady told her that another tiny baby is coming, that she will still get to be a big sister and that mama needs to "just be happy" and the baby will come. Maybe it's all fantasy, but I tend to believe she is getting a message from the other side. It has given me so much comfort to know that all of my babies love me and there is still a chance for another child.

I think this is a beautiful story and thank you for sharing. As someone who believes in spirits, I also believe that children are the most receptive to them and often see things we do not. Children are far more intutitive than we give them credit for.

Good luck with your journey.

I'm so sorry you lost your surprise BFP!

I do believe that children have more pure eyes than we adults do. That was a beautiful story.

That is such a beautiful thing!

I know when I was pg with my second son I had a dream that my first son came to me and let me hold him, and count his fingers and toes and feed him. He just looked at me and smiled. And then he told me it was time for him to go. When I woke up I had leaked colostrum all of the bed. But it was the most peace that I had felt in a very long time!!

Thanks for sharing, that was a really beautiful story. I too believe that dreams and visions more often come to younger children-- in my belief this is because they are still close to God.

I had a dream after I lost my second baby last year to m/c at 9 weeks that I got to see exactly how she woud have looked. It was very comforting and made her very real to me. It's like I now know who I can look forward to meeting in heaven.

Hugs to you!

That Is A Wonderful Story. I Too Believe Children Know More About Things Than Grown Ups Do. Because They Are Pure At Heart. I Had A Dream That My Baby Came To Me One Night. But, She Was Not A Baby Anymore. She Was At Least 4 To 5 Years Old And I Saw Her Sitting On My Grandmothers Lap. It Was Very Comforting. Again, Thanks For Sharing

What a fantastic story, so inpiring. I had dream when I lost this baby about 3 days before I found out there was no h/b that I held my tiny baby in the palm of my hand, but there was another baby with it. I had another sac in with the sac with this baby but there was never anything in it they suspected vanishing twin but were never certain. So I think there was.

Love your story thanks for sharing
