Default trying to figure out what my problem is

I am just trying to figure out what might be the matter with me ....

About 1 year after I had my first daughter, my periods became irregular. When I say irregular, I mean I had spotting for a few days, a period and then more spotting. My OB/GYN said not to be concerned "it is just a minor inconvenience." Obviously, HE was not bleeding for 10-15 days at a time. At about the same time, I started to put on a little weight in the tummy area and just didn't feel like myself.

Then I tried to get pregnant again ... no luck with that. I was tested for everything but was told I have unexplained infertility. Finally, through fertility drugs, I was able to concieve and now have a set of twins!! While I was pregnant and immediately following my pregnancy, before my periods started, I felt great! I felt like myself ... I felt sexual, I felt happy - even though I wasn't getting any sleep.

My new OB/GYN told me my periods would probably go back to norma following the pregnancy. He was wrong. So now I have had a lap done, hormones tested for pre-menopause and still no answers.

My hair is falling out by the handfuls and his suggestion was to try Depo-Provera. When I saw that the side effects could be hair loss and irregular periods, I decided I don't want to be part of that program.

Does this sound familiar to anyone??

HELP!
