Your TSH is a little high, are they willing to give you some sythroid or other med? I don't think it would hurt to try a small dose of something and see how you feel. When I first got diagnosed with hypothroid my TSH was 26. I was also working 12 hour shifts and we rotate working 1 month of days and then 1 month of mids. Now I'm working 8 hour shifts but still rotating. The doc was going to leave me at the dose I was on when my TSH got down to 4-something after telling me the normal range is .3-3. I called back a few weeks later and told her I was still feeling tired, so she upped the dosage. I feel pretty good now. It can't hurt to ask about it.
