I go to see her on the 15th. I hope that it all can be done at home.
Just the thought of convieving a child in a cold dr office is not appealing to me.

Oh, it's not so bad as you might think. Of course it is clinical, but honestly, doing it at home was pretty clinical too. My partner went with me to the insemination and we joked about dimming the lights and asking the doctor to play some Barry White or Marvin Gaye during the insemination... it was amusing, went quickly, was painless and well, it worked.
My doc was amazing and super gentle and thoughtful though. The office was painted nice calming colors - there weren't a lot of typical doctors office plastic cushioned chairs and floral prints - it was more homey. I think that helps you relax.
Anyway, I would just say not to dread it too much, it's probably not as bad as you might expect.

I have never used one but my friend of mine swears by it. I haven't calculated to see if there are cost savings down the road though. It seems a little expensive up front...

Hey ladies just wanted to update everyone... I will start taking provera tomorrow (YEAH!) then onto clomid 100mg for cd 3-7....
How are u ladies doing....

We're going to do the IUI...I'm suppose to be on 100 mg so I hope this does the trick...

Hi! Hope everyone is having a good holiday! I started taking my gonal f injections this weekend and had bloodwork this morning. Hopefully I will be having an IUI sometime this week (depending on the results from my bloodwork).

The morning that we were suppose to go back to the dr about my blood work and stuff, we had a death in the family. I've yet to call back and get another appt.
The death was kinda unexpected. He had cancer but it for sure was alot earlier than it was suppose to be.
