drchickon: Yea the person who posted the thread closed it after she said some really ignorant stuff and someone asked Kat to delete the thread. I saved it though and posted it on another thread.

I didn't even realize that you could close threads. I totally agree with everything you said, and I think you responded really well. Well thought out, well organized, non-emotionally based and you did such a better job than I would have. I don't think you are wrong to get worked up about it at all - the only way people are ever going to learn is by exposure.

Drchickon: Yea... I kinda felt like I was being condescending... but I was really trying to stay calm. It got to me, maybe too much. It's still bothering me today. I guess it doesn't help that a new thread has been started with basically the same sentiment. I'm ignoring it though! BTW, Colton is just too cute!

Hope you ladies are having a good day!!

I gotta say... I so want af to hurry and get here. There was a pregnancy scare (though I guess its not really a scare because I want to become preg but we were not actually trying) and I took a blood test yesterday. It was negitive. But all last night and today, I have been so nauseous and my boobs hurt to the point of feeling incredibly bruised!!!

I'm going onto my 5th try for #2 also, probably insem'ing around the 12th. Unfortunely the 2 w/ RE didn't work out. We actually are going back to trying at home again. We had two short success' so we must have been doing something right, right? We may use ob'gyn for insem's if we try clomid again. Hopefully soon we'll get a little bean to stick around and grow. drchickon: Things are going pretty well. We are in our 2ww right now. We had our first RE appointment today... things were ok, but they could be better. I'm just hoping that we are pregnant so that I can stop worrying all the time. 5dpo right now... not much longer to go.

I hope you are pregnant too! But will you really stop worrying, or will you just worry about different things

I worried all the way through my pregnancy....and still haven't stopped. Ha.

Incidentally, I've got a little boy on day 3 of a 104 degree fever. So, I am actually worried. He's been to the doctor twice and they just keep saying he probably has a virus. It's hard seeing him this miserable and not be able to help him.

drchicon: I'm sorry to hear that your little guy is sick. we are just getting over something here. dd has had a low grade fever but it seems to have cleared up. i managed to get both an ear and sinus Infection from the same virus she seems to be pulling through. i hope that colton starts feeling better soon. i know it's hard to watch them be so miserable. does he have any other symptoms?

hi guys - it has been forever that I have posted. I got distracted by life, surgery and then work but I have been keeping track of you guys via email from this thread.

Izzy - I am hoping you are pregnant
Dr. Chicken - Colton is super cute.
And Nae I am hopeful that at home inseminations works.

So, since I last posted I had surgery to remove a huge cyst on my overy and I have been waiting to ovulate. my 1st cycle - I never ovulated, my 2nd cycle - I was on 50 mg of clomid and I still have not ovulated. So my RE is upping my dose to 100 mg. I am wondering what dose people have found they have ovulated and on what day of your cycle.

Sadie - I was on 150 mg Clomid. And it kicked my a$$. But it worked. I generally O'd one CD 19 at that dose. Good luck!

Izy - I hope you guys feel better soon. Colton has no other symptoms other than his high fever, clinginess, lethargy... he's been to the pedi twice for this and everything has come back negative, though we are still waiting for the results of the urinalysis.

drchickon- sorry to hear your little mans so sick. It's a terrible feeling when we can't fix the problem. Hope he gets better soon!!

sadie- I only did one cycle with clomid so far and was put on 100mg and I O'd earlier than normal by about 4days. hope this does the trick!!

izy- hope your feeling better too! ear and sinus that's too much to deal with, yucky and painful. hoping to see your bfp announcement really soon!!

utgrrl- just checking in on you, everything okay?
