Unhappy TTC after M/C

I just had a MC about a week ago. Things went as well as they could have in that situation. My Dr. Did an ultrasound and saw that the sack surrounding the baby had collapsed and everything was breaking apart so he gave me this medication that gets everything moving along. I had severe cramping the night I took it and almost all of the difficult stuff came out. Now I am barely spotting. My Dr told me to wait a couple of months to try again. I have a ton pf people telling me that they got pregnant again right after a MC and had a very healthy baby. I don't know what to do because my heart just wants to try again but my head is telling me to wait. Is it more likely to MC again if you don't wait? Any advise would be helpful. Sorry for the TMI . Thanks cysters!

I am so sorry about your loss. I just miscarried as well in July. I had a D&C done and the RE told me i could start as soon as i got AF again. That was one of my big questions - i didn't want him to say a few months - ive heard of so many women gettin preg right after mc due to there body knowing whats its like to be pregnant.

I wish you luck on whatever your decision is.

Depends on why the doctor said wait a couple of months. You might want to wait until after your first AF after the bleeding stops (that's what I did), but my doctor said there was no medical reason to wait at all. He didn't even tell me to wait the once cycle, I just wanted to to be able to get dates straight. I'm sorry for your loss. Good luck in whatever you decided to do.
