TTC - anyone using PCOS Insulite System or d-chiro-inositol

I have been TTC for a year now. I have failry regular ovulatory cycles w/and w/o clomid, but still no BFP

Even though I am not insulin resistant, I have recently started a low carb diet to see if that helps. I am also thinking about trying PCOS Insulite System or d-chiro-inositol and wanted to see if any of you had any experience with these? or any other success stories?

I have been taking dci for a little over 2 months now. It really helped to regulate my cycles - from 90-120 days down to 33-34 days each month. Also my BBT is much closer to normal range instead of see-saw all over the place. I am also doing accupuncture and taking herbs but frustrated because no BFP. So a few days ago I started taking the insulite pcos system in addition to the dci. Another woman used both together and got pg. So let's hope it works. :-) I will let you know if I have any other updates. I plan to take the insulite pcos system for 2 months.

I take it and like it, but I think I am developing some insulin resistance...

There is some good research on regular Inositol helping with ovulation too. And that is quite a bit cheaper... http://www.ovarian-cysts-pcos.com/news56.html

Chiral Balance - its 2 pills a day and I had no side effects. So far my periods are regular, skin is better and I am much happier :-)
