I heard red raspberry leaf tea and red clover tea is a great fertility blend tea! You can get both at the health food store, or at the grocery store in the healthy/organics section.

Wow! So much information. It's so nice to be able to have you women to reference when looking for answers...especially about nutrition.

My DH and I just finished our first round of injectibles a couple weeks ago. No pregnancy :-( and I'm wondering if part of the reason why it didn't work was because I only had a 5mm lining. So my question is this:

What can I do to increase my lining? What foods should I eat? Stay away from? What kind of exercise? How much? Etc. I have an at home gym with a treadmill, eliptical, stationary bike and wieght lifting bench. Are there any that I shoul stay off of?

I'm new to this site and for some reason it won't let me see websites people posted as links. So if anyone knows how to help me that also I'd be greatful.

I am also new to SC and have found alot of info on here. Have an appointment to get testing done to see what I have to do....I am TTC but had to get some other stuff cleared up first. I have written down a lot of the info to take to the Dr. Thanks for being so informative.
