Default TTC - High Blood Pressure

Well I finally got put on Clomid. Yeah right? Well I guess my body has gotten a little too comfortable with the low levels of Estrogen that it has gotten accustomed too. For It doesn't like Increased levels. I suffered from severe migraines and headaches for almost three weeks after taking the Clomid. I am told the headaches are caused from high blood pressure(144/100) which is caused by the Estrogen levels. So I am also told that because if I do get pregnant my Estrogen levels will be even higher that I will be a very miserable pregnant woman. So now I am on Blood pressure medication. I am just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems and if they found other solutions or ways to cope? It's just starting to feel like going through all this just isn't worth it anymore!

hey, i've never been on clomid, but i do have hpb and we will begin ttc next month. i've heard that hpb is somewhat common in women with pcos, and have heard that i may not have a great pregnancy either. i'm not to abreast about the estrogen level thing, but i do know that there are some good hbp meds out there for pregnant women. right now, i'm on aldomet (aka methyldopa), which is suppose to be the safest one for preg. try not to get oo down about the estrogen thing, as i've heard of a lot of PCOS pregnant gals who have had healthy pregnancies .
