Default TTC on hold

Hey ladies,
Dh and I will be putting ttc on hold for a while. Dh has decided to join the military as an officer. I just don't feel ttc right before he goes to basic and ocs. But as soon as he is done with training we'll be right back to trying lol. The nice thing is our current insurance won't cover any fertility issues but our new insurance will cover both ivf and iui, YAY! I'm secretely hoping this break from meds will do the trick and my body will ovulate on it's own! I wish everyone good luck and i'll check in from time to time and be back frequently here in a few months.

Good luck with everything! That is so awesome that the insurance will cover those procedures!

You said your future insurance will cover ivf, you're not talking about Tricare are you? There are some facilities where you can get treatment at a reduced cost, but the wait list is often close to a year. Here's a link that was given to me that might help you figure out what Tricare offers, where and just other military wife ttc info. Hmm, I'm not allowed to post a link yet so go to fertilethought dot com , the infertility discussion board, then find Military Issues. They list lots of experiences with various facilities, too.

I wasn't referring to Tricare, from my understanding Tricare is still pretty good or at least better than what we have now for infertitlity, I was actually referring to some insurance I will have at a new job i'm taking. But I will visit that website you suggested.
