I was diagnosed about two years ago, and now my husband and I are TTC. I have read a lot about PCOS and fertility, and the recommendations for having sex--the positions during, and after, seem to be questionable. What I have read seems to indicate there is no reliable research to positions during and after sex, but that logic says it can't hurt. Anyone know anything more reliable here?
So what is it that you're asking about, exactly? What position to have sex in to increase the possibility of sex, and what position to lay in afterwards?
Wow, I've never heard that. Just have sex when you are around ovulation. Or as my dr suggests - a Rx of sex 2-3 times a week.
I definitely suggest the book - Taking Charge of your Fertility. I don't remember it mentioning postions. It focuses on how your body works and when you are most fertile.

Your Beauty should not come from outward adornment.....instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit (1 Peter 3:3-4)
Long as you have sex during your fertile phase, you're good! Good luck!
