Question TTC Using Herbs?

Hi there. I'm new to this board. I wanted to ask anyone out there who has been successful in TTC how or what they did or took to help achieve pregnancy?

Background: I was diagnosed with PCOS and IR two years ago. Was put on Metformin, 1500 mgs. Two weeks after I started the Metformin, I began a normal 30 day cycle, minus ovulation. I've been on Provera in the past to induce AF and Dexamethasone to ovulate. I would like to try to ovulate naturally now if possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Get involved in animal rescue. You won't be sorry. Your heart may break, there may be times when your eyes are red-rimmed for days. You may lose faith in the goodness of people, but your spirit will be renewed by the resilience of those you save. It isn't easy, but it's worth it. I promise you, you will be forever changed.

Thanks for that inspiring story, Carmella. I am going in for an U/S and hopefully an IUI & I am hoping to have success with Met, Vitex & soy!

Good luck for a wonderful pregnancy...
