This group is intended for those of us TTC with the use of Wild Yam Root. You can also use other medications, herbs, and supplements but I ask that you join this group only if you currently use WYR (Wild Yam Root), or are thinking about using WYM. If you get pregnant while using the WYM I'd also like you to stay in the group if you'd like. I know it would give further encouragement to those still TTC. Also those who are already pregnant and wouldn't mind sharing with us your experience on WYM, please join too!

Wild Yam is suppose to help with ovulation. It is only taken the first half of your cycle.
