Can anyone reccomend a GOOD Dr. for these procedures in New Jersey or New York? Or if anyone has had these done, I would appreciate any advice, let me know about your experiences etc.

Nope -- sorry, I wish I could. Good luck, though. You are in Dr central... you think maybe they have a website for plastic surgeons that require certain licenses??
