Is there anyone else out there that uses turbo jam a lot. I just got a bunch more of the DVDs, and I have been doing them, but I was wondering if you change them up at all, how you decided what your going to do and that type of thing. Also, do you have the new Ball one? Do you like it? I want all of the cardio parties, just 2 more to go

Avacado, would you please let me know how you like it. I have almost bought it 3x now, but I am just so afraid that they are going to charge me too much or something like the complaints page says. But I love to TJ.

Hey Mandie-- you may have noticed from our bootcamp thread that I am a Turbo Jam fan! I love it seriously. I don't really follow a particular schedule, I just keep an exercise log and try to mix things up as best as I can to keep myself interested. There is a schedule that comes with the original 5, but I never followed that one. I found the following schedule doing a little googling, if your looking for something a little more intense.
WEEK 1
1. Cardio Party 3 (1/2 w/gloves) (50) & Lower Body Jam (30 min) – 80

I don't have the ball workout yet, but I've been thinking about getting it. Also, I don't know if you heard this yet, but Chalene is coming out with a new series of workouts called ChaLEAN Extreme and it should be out next Fall I think. I can't wait!

I don't have the ball workout yet, but I've been thinking about getting it. Also, I don't know if you heard this yet, but Chalene is coming out with a new series of workouts called ChaLEAN Extreme and it should be out next Fall I think. I can't wait!
I really want the ball workouts. The reviews are supposed to be really good.
What is ChaLEAN Extreme going to be like?
I've noticed that she also has something called Hip Hop Hustle that looks fun.

Whew. I've filmed 14 so far, 4 more this week! It' a bit taxing (okay to be honest..
I'm completely insane and off my rocker right now..,) but only because it
takes me out of my normal daily routine and temporarily away from my kids and hubby several days a week... which me "no likey". My family and my routine keep me sane.
(Now picture me in a yoga pose breathing deeply) But I'm blessed to do what I do and this is a small price to pay for the huge impact I know this will make on people, especially those who like me (approaching 40) thought that their age had something to do with the metabolism slowing... it's actually a loss of muscle. More on that later.
Anyway... to summarize I have been working on this project 7 days a week for the past 6 months. I apologize for my momentary absence from my blog, but when my workload increases, I cut back in luxories (like blogging) so that I don't have to cut back on family time.
Well....4 more videos this week, then I promise a deep breath, some
snowboarding, and a detailed update and all the juicy details about a program
that will turn at home exercise on its head! Til then, here's a Yummy

Hip Hop Hustle you have to go to the club to work out to. I saw some youtube bits on it and WANT TO DO IT! you can find a HHH or Turbo Kick class near you at www.Turbokick.com I told myself that if I keep this up that I am going to go and get my cert and Teach Turbo Kick! it is only 200 to go to the camp and learn how to teach it and then certified. Cant beat getting paied to work out!

I am a Turbo Jammer!! I was considering buying the ball workout as well. Need to investigate it a little first! I have never been over charged when buying direct through the website. Not sure what that is about... (I've ordered 4 different times)
