I haven't found a pair of tweezers yet that I just love. I especially have to pluck my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin until I can afford laser removal. I was wondering what everyone's favorite and most effective tweezers are... in the way of brand and type (slanted tip, flat, etc.) Thanks!!
I was just looking at walgreens and it produced a list of like 58 tweezers, so I didn't even continue looking long.. However, I just saw a magnifying mirror and I have never seen one before, but I think I will buy that on my next trip out of town!!
I love the the pair I just got from e.l.f. cosmetics..They were $1 and they work great!..They are slanted and seem to hurt less than my old pair...
you can order online.... www.eyeslipsface.com BTW everything they sell is only $1!
I think they also sell elf at Target as well....

I have a pair of slanted tweezers from Tweezerman. I love them! Although they are a bit more expensive, around 20 bucks I believe. I have had them for almost 5 years! They do provide free sharpening for life which is great! You can find them at hair salons or www.tweezerman.com

I forget what brand mine are, but I bought them at Walgreen's, they have a slanted tip and they have a no-slip grip handle. They're wonderful (That's my fav. pair anyway, I have several... one in the drawer of my nightstand, one in the bathroom, one in my travel bag... I keep the best pair in my makeup bag. I tweeze every day so I could never have too many!
I'm not sure the brand but they're red and pointed at the end. The seem to work the best. Some of the slanted tips ones that I have would almost just cut the hair before I could pull it out. HTH!

I had a few Revlon ones, and the blades never quite met up. Not to mention the blades were pretty thick.
I have a slant tip tweezerman. It was 18 bucks at Sally Beauty supply 4 years ago. It was a worthwhile investment. I have never had a hair slip on me using these. They're amazing.
tweezerman with the slanted tip is worth every penny and more to me. they have saved my sanity through hours of tweezing over the past five years. they are so good, i even have given them as gifts! i cannot recommend them enough.... treat yourself! you deserve it!
(i bought mine at sally's beauty supply but they also sell them at bed, bath, and beyond which sometimes has coupons)
Tweezerman Body Waxing Tweezer. They are great for getting the hair that has barely broken the surface. There's a picture at http://www.adiscountbeauty.com/page69.html. Scroll down to the 4th item on the page. Check around for the best price. They are sold on the internet and in drugstores.
i love my black revlon slanted tip and a 10X mirror (bed, bath and beyond or sally hansen). go sit outside or in the car in the sun and i can get my face as smooth as a baby's butt! hours of entertainment! my sister and i and my mom get together and do some serious plucking! our husbands just laugh and shake their heads. i might give the tweezermans a try after hearing all the raves!

i have like 7546468 pair because i am always losing them and then finding them again... my favorite pair are from wal-mart though... i don't remember the brand but i love them because they have this rubber on the handle... my tweezing sessions last hours... twice a week... so the rubber helps my hands to not hurt so much... anyhow... look for them... they are silver with a black and aqua-ish handle...
